Colorado HVAC Services is firmly committed to the health and safety of our customers, our employees and our community.  To this end, we are reaching out to you to help alleviate some of the worries you may be experiencing regarding the impact that COVID-19 could have on the operational continuity of your facilities. We know that in these troublesome times, it is hard to feel a sense of security especially with changes that affect us all occurring daily.

Denver Mayor Michael Hancock has issued a Public Health Order instituting a new "stay at home" policy, designed to ensure the maximum number of people will self-isolate. The recent increased restrictions from Governor Polis has exempted construction and skilled trades (including plumbing, pipefitting, and HVACR) as an essential service.  The new restrictions take effect March 24th at 5 pm and will last through April 10th.   We are designated as an essential company and we provide a much needed skill as defined by the Department of Homeland Security.  This means we have a special responsibility to maintain our normal work schedule.  So please feel free to call us as needed; as always, we are available 24/7.  We understand that your responsibilities don’t stop and if we can help in any way, we are happy to do so.  Our company is following strict guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as well as well as state and local government officials regarding strategies to limit any risks to personnel safety.  There are still many questions and unknowns headed our way; but one thing is certain, we will do our very best to help you in this time of need.

We thank you for your continued business and we look forward to meeting your needs throughout this difficult time and for many years to come.

Respectfully,

Your Team at Colorado HVAC Services, Inc.
