Colorado HVAC Services, Inc. was founded in January, 2005 by three Level III HVAC Journeymen with over 100 years of combined experience in the commercial and industrial HVAC industry: Terry Monks, Mark Schermerhorn and Michael Demny.  In the past 10 years, our company has grown from five technicians to eighteen technicians with increased gross sales year after year.  We have a small, but highly motivated and highly productive office support staff and a no-frills, tightly run company that helps keep our overhead lower than the typical HVAC contractor.  We are then able to offer our high quality services at a fair price.  Read about our founders' experience and training that help make us the company for all your HVAC needs:
